By accessing or using Gisly (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Gisly lets you store, organize, and search contact records. It can read business cards and resumes you upload and pre-fill contact details from them, link contacts to companies, and group people into teams. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

You are responsible for the information you provide when you register and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• store data about people without a lawful basis or the right to do so;
• upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

You retain ownership of the contacts, documents, and other content you add to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to store and process information about the individuals in your contact records.

Gisly offers a free plan with a limited number of contacts and a paid plan with a higher limit. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and, where applicable, processed by our third-party payment provider. Plan limits, prices, and features are described in the app and may be updated with reasonable notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Gisly uses automated and AI-assisted processing to read documents and suggest contact details. This processing can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing extracted information before relying on it. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your data may be deleted after any period required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
